Refund policy
1. Returns for Purchased Goods
If you are a consumer purchasing goods for personal use, you have the right to return items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@nayloragility.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
- Return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged:
- Notify us immediately upon discovery.
- Provide details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue.
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
3. Equipment Hire Returns
For hired equipment:
- Return the equipment at the end of the hire term in the same condition as received.

If the equipment is not returned or is returned damaged, charges may apply, including:
- Daily hire rates until the equipment is returned.
- Costs for repairing or replacing damaged equipment.
- Collection fees if we need to retrieve the equipment.
4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order:

For goods:
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.

For equipment hire:

Cancellation charges apply based on the notice period:
- More than one week before the hire date: £150 or 40% of hire charges (whichever is greater).
- Less than one week before the hire date: £250 or 60% of hire charges (whichever is greater).
- On or after the hire date: 100% of hire charges.
