Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the delivery of goods purchased from Naylor Agility. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Delivery Areas

We offer delivery across the UK mainland. Delivery to remote areas, including offshore islands and Northern Ireland, may be possible. If you are located outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us at sales@nayloragility.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

2. Delivery Times

Most of our products are made to order. Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you either by phone or email to confirm the expected delivery lead time. Lead times will vary depending on the product and current manufacturing schedules.

If you have selected collection, you will be notified by email once your order is ready. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange a suitable day for collection.

3. Delivery Charges

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Free Collection from our factory
  • Request a Delivery Quote – Place your order online as normal and select the ‘Request a Delivery Quote’ shipping option at checkout. A member of our team will then contact you with a delivery quote and lead time.

Delivery charges are not calculated at checkout and will instead be confirmed following your order, where applicable.

4. Delivery Arrangements

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm. We aim to deliver in one consignment but reserve the right to make partial deliveries where necessary.

For collections, orders must be collected on the agreed date and time. Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for loading and that you bring your order confirmation when attending site.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time and that access to the site is clear and suitable for delivery vehicles.

5. Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

If we are unable to complete a delivery due to inaccurate information, inaccessibility, or the absence of a receiver at the delivery address, redelivery charges may apply. We will liaise with you to rearrange delivery, and any additional costs incurred will be payable before redelivery is attempted.

6. International Deliveries

We do not routinely offer international shipping. However, if you are based outside the United Kingdom and wish to order from us, please get in touch. We will assess requests on a case-by-case basis and advise on availability, shipping costs, and delivery timelines.
